I hired OT Bay Builders to extend an existing landing so that it could service the existing back door and a second one I added. Tyler was the project manager and from the time he arrived to give me the estimate to the time the project was 100% complete he provided excellent customer service. He was super responsive and always punctual. The crew that did the actual work were also great. They listened to exactly what I wanted and executed flawlessly. I had very specific instructions on how it needed to be done to ensure it passed inspections and both inspections passed on the first attempt. I had a terrific experience with his company. They were a one stop shop for me for dry rot siding and fireplace, new deck and painting. I was given a great price. I can't complain at all. I forgot some additional spots on my home so I'll be calling them again. They were on time for completion too! I did some walk throughs periodically (no one knows your home and pet peeves like the owner does!). This was very helpful for them too! I totally recommend them.
