I hired OT Bay Builders to extend an existing landing so that it could service the existing back door and a second one I added. Tyler was the project manager and from the time he arrived to give me the estimate to the time the project was 100% complete he provided excellent customer service. He was super responsive and always punctual. The crew that did the actual work were also great. They listened to exactly what I wanted and executed flawlessly. I had very specific instructions on how it needed to be done to ensure it passed inspections and both inspections passed on the first attempt. I'm very happy with the final result and even happier that it was at a great price.

I had a terrific experience with his company. They were a one stop shop for me for dry rot siding and fireplace, new deck and painting. I was given a great price. I can't complain at all. I forgot some additional spots on my home so I'll be calling them again. They were on time for completion too! I did some walk throughs periodically (no one knows your home and pet peeves like the owner does!). This was very helpful for them too! I totally recommend them.
